师傅你家的炉灶挺好，一般个人家没这种强火炉灶吧
这种应该是饭店专用的吧，个人家用有点浪费天然气
专业的厨师必须用这种强力炉灶，因为手法熟练，一气呵成。但是对于非专业的厨师来说，由于熟练程度不够，做一个菜手忙脚乱的，所以家用灶就可以了。
