SHINee members know that he is prone to mess up formations and react in a relaxed and mostly amused way. his sonbaes in SuJu etc. are just extremely fond of him so they don't bother. the audience knows he's an amazing dancer and singer, so they don't mind either. taemin is "safe" either way and that is something other artists are lacking. it's a mixture of charms and confidence as well as the faith in his members and fellow artists to forgive him. ^^
