Very nice performance. Most versions seem to get the "processional" timing very wrong. Processions are stately things, not rushed. I enjoyed this very much.
Probably the most touching piece from Michail. Music have not boundaries: a great compliment to the Taiwan guys and its Conductor. One of the best performance I heard.
Me Too! How funny! I'm glad I had the experience of being a 2nd Violinist in an Orchestra, but like you, cannot say I enjoyed it. And this is the only piece I liked also!

I really enjoyed this performance. The spirit of the music of the caucasus was captured beautifully! The tempo was just right and steady. The soloists were competent and musical. My only regret is that in the final reprise the accompaniment was drowning the melody (the trumpets). I think this was due to recording issues or perhaps a low res audio track. Well done!
