I really don't understand how you develop a racist discourse and mood even in such a work of art and artist. Is racism a general mood of yours or a result of your bad education? It might be healthier to do a Google search or two when commenting on a subject, especially music.
I really enjoyed this performance. The spirit of the music of the caucasus was captured beautifully! The tempo was just right and steady. The soloists were competent and musical. My only regret is that in the final reprise the accompaniment was drowning the melody (the trumpets). I think this was due to recording issues or perhaps a low res audio track. Well done!

I have heard (on UA-cam) slower versions, but also faster versions (such as one conducted by Stokowsky). So, it depends on the interpretation. To me, this one interpretation is fine. No rush here.
My favorite little piece of music and very well played, though perhaps a bit fast? But what's with the audience of cardboard cutouts? They might as well been made out of wood. Even the orchestra shows zero emotion upon completing the piece. China! What have you done to your people?!
