Agar caste discrimination nahi hota toh aaj hum sab quota wale system nahi hotey, chahe woh sc,st,ya phir obc ya general sabko equal seats as per their talents per select hona chahiye.

I am married and my father is retired clerk in state govt who gets pension. My wife is a state govt school teacher. I left my job to prepare for UPSC and I belong to OBC category. For OBC NCL certificate for SDO office is asking for family income certificate. The combined income of my wife and my father is above 8 lacks. Am I eligible for OBC NCL certificate. I don't have any other income source. kindly reply
