i just saw a comment just incase you won't see it, if you cant cancel/see your subscription, just simply check your other google accounts' subscription, you might have used your other google account to subscribe

I found it. I have 2 Gmail accounts on my phone and I had to switch over the account on Google play store then I was able to see the subscription.

It says, "you can sign up for your subscription in your favourite apps and games and manage them in google play"
and that's all what it shows when I open that and i dont understand what does that means.
I'm already signed in

They have changed it. Now when I press "subscriptions" it shows "discover subscriptions". When I tap "get started" (which is the only option), it doesnt show the app I'm subscribed to. It shows "Expolre Top Subscriptions". Under those there is no app that Im subbed to.
Theyre really making this a nightmare.

Oh my gosh.... same here! Every solution seems so cut and dry, except no one says what to do when all you get is "discover subscription" and not the app that you are subscribed to. And I only have one google account, so it couldn't be the 'logged into the wrong google account issue'. Also even if I thought I might have used a family member's account by accident; I know I didn't bc I am getting emails from the app to my gmail account. It's really frustrating. If you got a solution, please share. Thanks so much.

->> actually, just try switching ti family account first.
try making a new account anyway. Link it to your device, then switch to the new account and try tapping on "subscriptions".
