Let me share my view on this particular Daewoo 140L electric concrete mixer model. PLAESE TILL THE END OF MY COMMENT. I bought it 2 years ago during pandemic to renovate my house all by myself with the help from this machine, and currently building a roughly 2000 sqft new house. I use this machine right from foundation till now doing plastering. This machine paid for itself more than 10 times if I sum up labour costs I saved. It is still running strong, I put some wax on its gear. The only thing that broke a while ago is its plastic wheel but I think I can get similar wheel in the market for under RM20. My advise is, if you plan to build or manage building your project by yourself, this machine is a must buy thing. This model is much better compared to wheel barrow mixer type because once mixed, you can pour directly to you wheel barrow.
For 1:2:3 concrete mix, this machine is capable to mix 1/2 a bag in 6 minutes cycle, it does not heat up. At the end of the day, my workers haul it into my store for safekeeping because it only weight 48kg. You dont need bigger mixer, trust me.
