Fun fact: The "sitting close to the TV" thing wasn't just about eyestrain, or the falling hazard, old CRT TVs had a cathode ray tube (CRT), which was under vacuum and lined with lead, because these types of TVs produced X-rays under heavy loads. This also made them much heavier than flat screens, because the glass was at 14 PSI on the outside CONSTANTLY and had to be rated to withstand that at all times, plus the lead lining.
The rays never escaped the tube. It was used to excite the cathode and to target. It had nothing to do with sitting ro close. Sitting too close was literally about eyestrain. It still happens with modern tvs. This is why the 20 20 rule exists. Crts were worse due to the visible pixels, however. Also vacuumed tube's where replaced by a transistor this happens over the course so that by 1960s only high end audio used them and by the 1980s they where not common in industrial comercial or medical use.
@@chiefgully9353 Transistors cannot create X-rays. A CRT IS a vacuum tube, and all vacuum tubes have the potential to create X-rays. (If over-driven) Yes, the cathode ray itself doesn't leave the tube, but the X-ray byproducts CAN, which is why they were lined with lead.

Coleslaw is the perfect complement to BBQ pulled pork sandwiches for several delicious reasons. First, its crisp and refreshing cabbage base provides a delightful contrast to the rich and savory flavors of the tender pulled pork, creating a balanced and satisfying bite. The creaminess of the coleslaw dressing not only adds a creamy texture but also imparts a subtle tanginess that cuts through the smokiness of the BBQ sauce, enhancing the overall taste experience. Additionally, coleslaw's combination of vegetables, such as carrots and onions, contributes a delightful crunch and a burst of color, elevating the sandwich's visual appeal and providing a hint of sweetness that harmonizes beautifully with the barbecue's robustness. In essence, coleslaw on BBQ pulled pork sandwiches is a harmonious marriage of textures and flavors, making it a staple in the world of barbecue cuisine.

14:40 Robot Chicken ran from 2005-2022. It isn't a dead project either, the main movers have just been busy with other projects. Robot Chicken seasons have always been sporadic. There are about 20 episodes a season and it is all done with stop motion animation which takes an insane amount of time and labor to produce. A four second clip takes 96-240 separate images, many of which include restaging the entire mini-set and old school visual effects. My thought is that they are taking the long break to develop an almost "plug-and-play" style animation studio where they can computer generate models that looks like clay with ways to just use AI to easily add in future models based on past ones. The show was way more successful than people give it credit for. There were a lot of huge names who specifically asked Seth Green to help do some of the voice acting in the show.
Coslaw by itself is disgusting unless it’s with Dave’s hot chicken 😂, they put it in the chicken sandwich, add they sauce and honey to it and it’s golden

Absolutely people need to try it as a topping vs a side.
I ate one of those expandable figures when I was little. I though I was gonna pop. But the doctor just said my stomach acid would dissolve it. 😂
3:32 Idk what I was expecting but it wasn’t that 😭💀
Coleslaw is awesome, but the vinegar version is way better than the ones with mayo
I was gonna say MeatCanyon made Helga kill Arnold, but she DID kill Arnold in a robot chicken skit also
coleslaw ranges from 'your a demon if you like this' to 'good enough to eat'.
Rise of the guardians was so fire
First video I have seen - Really like Robot Chicken and the commentary was really fun - Down the rabbit hole I go!
So glad this showed up on my recommendation you guys are funny af. Take my subscription.

I remember staying up late when I was 10 to watch this and it blew my mind
12:35 If someone called me autistic, I wouldn’t get angry, that’s the truth. If they called me autistic in a rude way, like with disdain or annoyance, then yes, I’d get upset
How would you control a dinosuar? Flintstone characters were strong as heck.
He said "I go in Plus+Ultra" !!! I love it 🔥
Yes back with another oneeeee!
Finally what I base my name off of I'm glad you reacted to it
Fun fact: in iron man the boy in the iron man mask is said to be peter packer.

Dogging coleslaw but lovin them collard greens and cornbread😂
Growing up watching this was great.
yoooooo there are a thousand variations of coleslaw recipes. My dad used to do it crunchy with olive oil, celery/garlic salt and lemon juice. Too good
5:31 you can actually hear the mother say tommy in the background.
What do you mean "brought it back"? The show is still on the air.
I loooovvveeeeddd this show
14:40 Robot Chicken ran from 2005-2022.
I loved watching this show as a kid with my dad
Floragato Me: This is Funny lol
Pomni (Digital Circus): I Agree.
Rise of the Guardians had a small but dedicated following until it started fading around the fall of harambe
I didnt like coleslaw as a kid, but as an adult now i love it. Weird huh. Same with canned spinach and jellied cranberry sauce.
The Guardians actually is a great movie though.
Ehh! It’s the Evil Chicken! My favorite evil creature in RuneScape. 13:40
I put cold slaw on a hotdog😭
I mean it was aired late night on adult swim before Metalocalypse... Which is another funny AF show
the editor is a homie for letting us see the stuff uncensored after the initial censoring
