Please answer few questions.
1. If we take raw material to grinding units....If that particular grinding machine has smell of other spices. All raw material will go waste.
2. If in transportation, fragrance got away of spices, packing got delayed in transit then what ?
3. Without fssai and trade license we won't be able to start our own brand ?
Grinding machines are not Costly, atleast we can have quality control.

Yes . Excellent advise.
There are challenges...
1. Trust issue with vendor for production.
2. Adulterated addition can happen.
3. Quality control can't happen.
4. No control on your production.
5. Fssai, BIS, Agmark certification will be difficult to obtain.
It sounds good but specially when you are in a food business depending on external parties for production can be highly risky. There r many loopholes involved.
Its simple, process your own food with complete hygiene and quality for customers.
@आर्य रौद्र Only if you are ready to take a risk on quality and that to be of a food product. Keep in mind that at the back of your packaging you need to specify manufactured by (the company name from where u will get it done) and marketed by your firm name. Yes this is cost effective but your customer won't trust you as u didn't made the product. I would advise start from low and gradually take it on a high return path. I am also doing the same and wishing you all the best for your journey 🙏

First thing, you should be a Sciences graduate else fssaj license nahi milega (state and central). Second, you should have a sound knowledge about sampling, pesticide control, parameters and toxin level wo kaha se laoge? Mandi mei bechna hai to kar lo but brand banana hai to please pad lo🙏

@@jagdishmohapatra9471 Science graduate in food. I am in computer science and need a Bsc partner to start with this business. Plus you need to have a lab knowledge, procurement too. How will you check Aflatoxin, mayotoxin, salmonella etc. At least an average food Sciences knowledge and practical is needed. E.g. chilli processing is the most difficult part. People don't get it, u need to measure the pungency level, color control and temperature controlled drying etc. For cumin it is more stringent. My brother gain a knowledge at some institute and clear exams, hire someone knowledgeable in this field before starting the business, else u will brun ur hand and money too. It is not easy and these people are making others fool by showing it easy via youtube

@sanatani Indian Definately you are just seeing one side not other. How can she process spice without having a knowledge of controlling Aflatoxin and temperature of red chilli? How can she process Turmeric without harming volatile oil and curcumin levels? How can you ensure your that your stock is free from yield and moulds? You r talking abt those people who grind and sell and get certain things test. I am sure if you ask her to get every batch of her fssai compliant she will realise the value of knowledge and expertise. That's what ppl do these days and play with consumers health. Spice sunkar bad peesna jantey hain development naam ki cheez nahi sikhni kisi ne. Baaki baat rahi labs ki Yes you can get anything tested these days but what abt the sustainable quality? Wo bhi lab kardegi hain na?? Anyways, I won't argue it just lack of knowledge from your side. Wishing you and your entrepreneur best wishes from heart but please please have a basic knowledge of chemical analysis and toxin controls. Merely grinding and getting tested to labs is a pathetic way of doing business!
