Its mentioned in the books as well.. that General Dyer was declared a "sikh" by the clergy and honoured by Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar. And so the Gurudwara reform movement was launched

Israel,UK,USA are Christian nations in practice..
And Sir , if we dont make India a hindu rashtra, for how long will it stay secular?
No Major religion is growing in India other than Islam...and there is no major secular country which is secular in practice after having more than 50% of its population as muslims..
Anyway, what was India from 1947 to 1976? It certainly wasn't declared secular..what was it? Other than a hindu rashtra!
When India was 100% Hindu it gave refuge to parsis, jews, muslims and whom not...since India became secular, rescuing Dharmic minorities from neighbouring countries through CAA has also been termed communal and unsecular.

We will stay secular untill the Constituion survives i.e., to eternity and educated Indians Educate themselves.
also we were secular even before 42nd CAA, I hope you read the preamble which says 'Liberty of Thought, BELIEF, FAITH and WORSHIP' also Article 24-28.
CAA is secular foucssing on minorities on few concerned countries.
No religious based Empire survives buddy, Hiduism is way of life and hence this ideology can accomodate all.

When India had no constitution,it gave refuge to persecuted Parsees,Shias,Buddhists, Christians etc...now that India is secular, people are protesting (shaheen bagh) over giving refuge to persecuted non Muslims from neighbouring countries...that is the reality

@@ImDravidian270 my point is that u are supporting the idea of declaring india as Hindu Rastra , but if any sikh talk about sovereignity than people like you start saying them anti natinal , khalistani , pakistani chinease etc etc...
you hindu people beside having absolute majority(80%) population and complete control on financial, political every type of indian system still feel insecure , un satisfied .
