A female co-worker asked me if I am wearing Dior Sauvage when I was wearing this one. Nothing against Sauvage, but I was sad a little bit after her question :D I think she thought it was Sauvage because of the ambroxan, but I dont know

@@juliscent I do have and enjoy the night also ,however I just get a barnyard Portrait of a lady which I also have so I found it not as original as I thought it would be when I blind bought it lol 😂

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We almost don’t smell any roses in Promise. Have you tried Rose de Taif Extrait by Perris Monte Carlo or Narjesi by The Spirit of Dubai? The are a lot of roses in them both.
They both are very powerful. But when I wear Promise on my skin it feels very strong but not overwhelming. When I wear Oud Zhen I almost can’t breathe 😂

Oh, that’s very interesting comparison. We would never thought about Sauvage smelling like Promise…
I do find it a little overpowering sometimes but man I really adore and respect it.
Yes, it’s a great scent but not for everyday use 😄

Hello Bren 👋 I think Promise is the best value for money from Desert Gems. My fave though is The Night.

This fragrance and The Moon is the definition of Nuclear. Nothing comes close to me :D
