Yes …go visit Taj Mahal early in the morning and then go to Agra fort….leave Agra around 1 pm and by three you will reach Fatehpur Sikri explore the fort there and catch the bus back to Agra from there in evening by… check the bus timings from Fatehpur Sikri to Agra….

Not sure if there is locker in Fatehpur Sikri fort. Do not carry much stuff there.
