It all depends on your editing style, timeline and the duration. 13500 is a good processor and will be enough if you do beginner to mid level editing

As always depends on usecase, for pure gaming it's a good 2k setup even stable 40-50 fps in 4k res in modern titles
@@MADMAX-sl9jg 7700x is barely better than 7600x in games while costing 50% more? That jump makes no sense unless half of his workload is productivity. Also, at that price point just get a 7800x3d instead of 7700x
