They'll say your injury is worth a certain amount of money even though this has completely destroyed your life in every aspect. *Another side note, I'd like to know the actual number of people who have committed suicide while being stuck in this process, in PAIN, for many months or years. Do you know who is making the most money off your broken body? The defense lawyer. They're making anywhere around $200-300 an hour for possibly over 2+ years while you sit in agony waiting to get out of the system. At this point, you'll just want to see your own doctor who you trust. You're not going to "win the lottery" with worker's comp. That's personal injury law with pain and suffering. Worker's comp. knows you get nothing monetarily for pain and suffering. Do you think they care? No. Absolutely not. I know because I've been in this system for 805 days now with an injured cervical spine. It's coming to a close finally but only because the insurance adjuster finally caught wind of the fact that my case has been open this long. @@carrie2024 do you have to go through workers comp if you got injured or are there any other options because I am kinda skeptical about workers comp now that I know they are no good and they will do anything to disapprove your accusation against the job you are sueing so can just find my own doctor and still file a lawsuit or is it mandatory for me to go through workers comp

IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A CLAIM. IT IS A FREE WORK BENEFIT. If you go through your own insurance and don't file a worker's comp claim, you'll cover all costs of your injury now and for years. I don't know if there is another way to sue your employer, but it will depend on the situation. I would contact a worker's comp lawyer for that question. They work pro bono, meaning they only get paid once you do. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS that this court system drags on for years. Mine was 2.5 years long, and I was kicking and screaming to get OUT the whole time. The "doctors" weren't helping me. Are lawyers working behind the scenes to keep you injured? Are they getting paid under the table somehow? Worker's comp is the devil's playground. The state backs the insurance companies and employers because they bring in money for the state. You have to fight like hell for your rights, but with GOD's help, ALL things will be possible!
