Good to know about the unfixed interest rate which the banks usually don't explain to clients. As we see the banks always on win win situation 6% fixed interest in 5yrs but may jump up to 12% int from the 6th year onwards. If you dont have tenant you have to get from your pocket for the amort. I believe the best to invest in condo is to avoid financing better find a second hand unit that is in good condition and you can afford. Tenants are not asking if your unit ìs a first owned or second hand, but as inflation rategoes up renting rate follows.

How I wish I could turn back time to 2010. When prices of condo Units were relatively affordable. I would and could have done the same thing. Time flies so fast. Its 2020 now and the value of the property doubled! Wow that's a really good investment. Best part Is the unit is fully paid.
