@@Love_Mel one instance that stuck with me was playing duck hunt with one of her boyfriends as a kid. I ended up winning, and he snapped and threw the duck hunt gun at me. It hit me in the face, knocked me down and split my eyebrow. Every time I look in the mirror I get sent back to how that scar got there. The pain never really goes away, sure on a physical level it goes away in a week or 2, but inside it leaves an invisible wound that never really heals. There were more bad things that happened but I'd rather not speak on those personally but people don't realize the impact bad things in your childhood have on you for the rest of your life. That dude snapped when he threw that duck hunt gun at me and maybe never even considered the lasting pain it would cause but then again, maybe he did and just didn't give a shit. Seeing him at a store in Vegas once, I was terrified but I had to say hello. He had a look on his face that seemed shy.

He's actually explaining how he uses fear to his advantage. "That's why I'm mkrr aggressive than they are." Being afraid makes you a better fighter contrary to popular belief.
He was made afraid as a boy so he became super aggressive to try to not feel the fear anymore. But it's still there whenever he feels relaxed and people start coming at him. Such as in some interviews you can see it. If anyone is aggressive toward him he has a trauma response.

@@Love_Mel one instance that stuck with me was playing duck hunt with one of her boyfriends as a kid. I ended up winning, and he snapped and threw the duck hunt gun at me. It hit me in the face, knocked me down and split my eyebrow. Every time I look in the mirror I get sent back to how that scar got there. The pain never really goes away, sure on a physical level it goes away in a week or 2, but inside it leaves an invisible wound that never really heals. There were more bad things that happened but I'd rather not speak on those personally but people don't realize the impact bad things in your childhood have on you for the rest of your life. That dude snapped when he threw that duck hunt gun at me and maybe never even considered the lasting pain it would cause but then again, maybe he did and just didn't give a shit. It's just another thing I'll never get an answer about. I just don't understand why my mother never lifted a finger to protect me, like I was never worth protecting. See what I mean? It's mental damage and as far as fixing it goes I'm still clueless

My Dad is an ex-British Paratrooper who fought in the Falklands War and was totally traumatised by it. He was an incredibly powerful guy but has had a constant look of fear and worry on his face ever since i can remember.
He's now 80yrs old and i visit him on the weekends and i find it incredibly difficult because of how scared he looks. Like he's just stepped out of a battlefield.
