I like Crane/Nathan and I think he is an important voice in the city, the issue is that he has too much power and he is making too many decisions founded in legal principles rather than what makes sense for the city (as in what better stimulates RP).
A lot of what K complains and blames Crane for I see as more management related, the server seems to be pushing equity and fairness, with touches of Communism, where as in 3.0 businesses and whitelisted things were catered to whoever had the biggest communities and brought in the most viewers or who better stimulated RP. Like if K's Real Estate and Telemarketing business were green lit he would of snowballed and dominated the economy.
I'd say the pecking order in 4.0 really isn't any different than 3.0 outside of Hydra grinding their way to the top, the top groups who people complained were on top cause of whitelisted privileges are back on top again through their own merit.

idk how crane as a character exists. he never plays on him unless its council time. he basically is one giant meta abusing character which is why everyone hates him. literally nathan plays the two worst characters on the server. a W chaser and a meta abuser.
