i remember when everyone was obsessed with lush and now youre like the only influencer who makes video about them
The Lush hype has well and truly died.
too bad, theyre known mainly for their bathbombs and such, but their sustainability/zero waste/ fair-trade politics are incredible. At least half of their products are packaging free, their own plastic packaging is 100% recycled by the company if returned, they use biodegradable glitter, even their packing peanuts are made from cornstarch etc. A lot of their products are sort of wow-effect oriented, but they have great basic hair and skincare as well..
@@monicaspurpledoor I agree lots of ppl dont talk about it, but I have seen countless tiktoks with the shower gels, a bathbomb video, a recommendation of magic crystals, and it is considered “aesthetic”. So I’d have to say they are fairly popular still.
@@katerinamudrova7928 agreed, the bath bombs & stuff are fun, but I almost never buy them bc of price. However I now spend much less $ on hair/skincare since switching to their shampoo bars and face products! they might *seem* pricey at first but they last soooo long they're actually a great value.

Yay I love seasonal Lush hauls :) I've picked up the Yog Nog Body Milk too and it has literally become one of my fav Lush products. I love the formula much more than the regular lotions its so much less greasy!

- The 'hippo' bath bomb has the same sent as 'very very frightening' showergel (this showergel is also with oats) 💛
- The lipscrub has not only two colours but also two flavours: the green part tastes like toffee, the red part tastes like apple. You can mix them if you like 💚
I am absolutely in LOVE with the new seasonal showergels, they're both with oats and they feel sooooo good on your skin

I love the Celebrate scent, so I bought the body spray last year and I love it. As for what I want for Christmas, I am dangerously close to running out of lip balm, so I need more Lip Service and maybe a Key Lime Pie balm. Love your channel ❤

Great to see you doing a Lush haul, was looking for your input. Just got a sample of the Very Frightening shower gel this week to me it smells a lot like Calacas (bought from UK to try) which is a limey citrus. I like it a lot! Note that the liquid is flourescent solid yellow, so rinse the walls after. Saw elsewhere that people say it smells like Spacegirl (for those who may recall). Right now in Cali, only 2 customers in the store at a time. They meet you at the front to fill your order, luckily I was stocking up on a couple of discontinued bath oils. Note: it's a good time to ask for samples, as they want to minimize opening/sniffing products.
Oh my gosh the thank you to the dishwasher sent me!! my daily chore growing up was emptying the dishwasher so I hated the sound that it was done 😂

bubble bars are work 🤣 i cut mine up, idk about you. i’ve been doing it in advance now. i have a cute little strainer thing in the shape of an animal crossing leaf but idk, i just don’t like waiting lol. it’s really lovely though! bath bombs are an indulgence for me, i love the bath art (so sad they discon. rocket science and guardians of the forest) and it’s just fun to watch/record it lol.
If you like the Lord of Misrule scent, this year Boo (the black showerslime) has the same scent and it's also exfoliating :)

The Hippo one smells like Space Girl (a bathbomb that was there some years ago, there is a bodyspray rn I think).
i always use sleepy bubble bar with half of the twilight bath bomb but mostly i use bath bombs as when i was a new lush user i used a whole bubble bar in the bath and lets say it the bubbles were everywhere haha

This is a crazy thing for me to say but here it goes, I’ve been stuck in Ontario living with my boyfriend since this pandemic started and I have no friends here. It has been really hard since the border is closed when I live 20 mins over the American side of the border. probably too late, but I had the "new" shampoo bar and it was pretty drying, I would probably go for something targeted at wavy/curly hair ...

Anything else in the lush range that smells like sultana of soap. I love that smell so much I might buy the fragrance oil at a soap supply company and mix it in everything and put drops in my Essential oil burner and waft it in the air.
Okay okaaay if I’d to buy only 1 thing from Lush this Christmas it’d be the Yog Nog body milk. Anything. Anything but didn’t expect a body milk in this scent. YAS.

If you find yourself going nose blind try sniffing some coffee. I work at a place called the bomb bar we sell bath bombs similar to Lush and we have little jars of coffee all around our store because of the scents when everybodys smelling they gl nose blind
