Military coup: Soldiers kick out the president of Mali

The European Union has condemned the coup, saying it will further destabilise the region.
But the soldiers who seized the president and forced him to resign, today promised a transition to elections in a “reasonable timeframe”.

This announcement of armed personnel made me to burst into laughter with due respect not because they were idiots or any disrespect to their motives but my understanding of the power domain. I was born after our country broke into two pieces and bhutto resumed power I watched as a toddler the street politics when bhutto regime was kicked out and started school under the new regime I had my all knowledge of this system of face changing in the name of democracy and dictatorship from documents till ziaulhaq's plain crash and so called democracy started after rocketting high corruption (which they innocently stated is always an outcome after the regime change when democracy begins),then came nawaz sheriff and after the same size of corruption they were kicked out by musharraf and I watched his statement and 7 years of corruption then democracy begins with the same..... Till now I have witnessed only one thing that corruption kept on multiplying at the rate which ends nowhere.
If the armed forces of Mali are sincere in their commitment what they are projecting then find the people among them who couldn't be brought and sold and don't go for the people who you already know otherwise your president's wise decision of no bloodshed would after all result in bloodshed.
If only the British had the same guts and bravery to do the same!

Yes he had a choice he has been advised for past 3 months with protest, but he did not listen to what the peoples was saying. At last minute he was left without a choice
