Sad songs are really easy to write. WAY easier than happy songs.. I’m also I sing writer, I don’t post anything yet cause I can’t seem to write anything I would be willing to share, but all my songs are sad.. I’ve tried to make a happy song and it didn’t work..
Often songs can come out of big emotions or times when we aren't at our best /strongest emotionally. I know she wrote escapist a few years ago, Lemonade stand about past things. Etc.
