    I recently bought a second hand one of this model and thoroughly enjoyed your video. I am interested to know whether you managed to fit a second leisure battery and where / how? Yesterday I visited my dealer and asked about it. He said that it was problematic to fit it in the long cupboard in the garage because after you put the battery into one of the boxes that he says are necessary it becomes too high to go in. I suspect with a little ingenuity a different box could be made to fit, or perhaps line the cupboard... His suggested solution was to put it in the garage behind the present battery, but I want to avoid that. Liked your DIY table!

    Just stumbled across your review. We bought a 16 reg accordo 125 during the first lockdown to compensate for the cancelled foreign holidays. Then the wife slipped a disk, then she got covid, now were in lockdown 2 with the mohome stuck on the drive in west yorkshire, wondering if were ever going to get away in it. Looking forward to seeing your adventures and maybe following in your footsteps....particularly to sleights

      Hi Bernard, sorry to hear about your setbacks. Hope your wife makes a speedy recovery. It's so frustrating staring out at the van and not being able top use it. Hi there. Nice to talk to fellow 125 owners. Although we've had problems with the van, we havent found a better layout yet. Somewhere I have the model number of the lock. It screws into the door post.

    Hi. Really nice... But 3 Years warranty... That's terrible considering people do less in 3 years than they do in 1 year in a car, and a lot of cars have 5 or even 7 years warranty and cost half the price.. £60k...i only paid £180k for my house and that came with 15 year warranty.. This needs addressing...

    I prefer less windows on a motorhome especially for full time living. 6 meters is just a little short and really not much difference in handling compared to a 7.5 meter rig.

    • @doglifehub

      We're thinking of going full-time. Are 7.5 metres okay for tecso car parks etc?

    • @LuckyRufey
      @LuckyRufey 3 роки тому

      @@doglifehub We bought a 7.5 Rapido and full timed in it around 20 plus countries in Europe for over a year. I was a bit nervous at first but very quickly got the detentions of it. In my opinion it’s the minimum and perfect size for full timing and many nights we spent in supermarket car parks here and there. Even being able to stop at Aldi etc to grab our supplies on the way to a campground was great. Anything smaller for full timing would be a real challenge I think. Good luck so jealous that you’re doing that because it was the best time of my life and will do it again… in Australia now 🙂

      @@doglifehub just a few things I’d mention on passing from my experience… I’m guessing you guys are in the UK or Ireland as you mentioned Tesco. If you’re going to spend most of your time in Europe I’d absolutely buy a left-hand drive van. Also, we read lots on forums with lots of handy tips about security etc, like leaving a battery radio on in the van if we were gone out etc. Also we were always so careful where we wild camped (Norway anywhere Eastern Europe nowhere) For full-timing I’m glad we decided on a fixed bed for a more homely feel instead of having to pack a bed away every morning. Also glad we insisted on a separate shower instead of a shower-toilet together as this is just so impractical for full timers. Anyway I could talk about it all night lol. Hope you get round to Australia one day it’s a special place. 🙂

      @KissisAdventures  2 роки тому

      Can you expand a bit on what you're asking? We had a warranty claim on the water heater which went on a long time. Eventually after many trips it was diagnosed as a wiring fault which was only under warranty for the first year. Ended up sorting it myself which was a good learning experience.

    Do you think you have enough power to keep the aircon working for how many hours?
    I'd love to have an aircon, not only for the hottest nights, but also for more more silent and secure nights (windows closed).
    And the microwave? Is it really a a power sucker?

      Hi Josė. I'm assuming you mean running off the batteries. I only have one battery. I'm no expert but would imagine two batteries totaling at least 200ah would be better. Our solar panel is only 100w so probably at least 200w would be better to top the batteries up. With a suitable inverter there is no reason you couldn't run those items. Check out Greg Virgo or Gadget John for great tips on electrics :)
