I tried them several years ago, right after they became well-known. The truck was at a fair in League City I believe. I really did not like it, but judging by the line, they must have improved since then.

Maine roll is cold and mayonnaise based and the CT roll is covered in melted butter.

I hardly noticed the mayo on the Maine one. I thought to myself I thought Maine had mayo 😂
