This is such a smart visual way to test dyes

Lime crime dyes are notorious for making you use double the amount you would normally apply to get the same coverage. It advises on there site to buy 2 to 3 jars just for shoulder length hair, and these jars are 6.76 oz. per jar. You might need 4 or more jars for really long hair. I watched a video the other day where the hairdresser was shocked at how much dye was needed to get the necessary coverage on his clients hair, as compared with other dyes.
