Renovating Our Front Garden by Pruning the 'Otto Luyken' Cherry Laurels

I'm beginning the long process of redoing our gardens in order to simplify our garden areas. Over the years I've added too much to the garden and in order to get it ready to sell in about a year we need to reduce the garden maintenance. I'm starting with the overgrown front garden. I haven't pruned the 'Otto Luyken' cherry laurels this year and they are in desperate need of a cut back!

Did the laurels come back?

They did come back but I ended up removing them after the freeze in December 2021 and replacing them. Other Laurels in the area did come back just fine so it's likely ours would have also.
