Thank you so much for addressing the elephant in the room with Job! I’ve had very legalistic brothers and sisters in Christ use this to justify why Christian’s are supposed to go through sickness. It used to cause fear. But knowing Gods heart and character has abolished that fear. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Really enjoyed this teaching Mike , based on the book of Job. It really demonstrates how the enemy seeks to intimidate non believers and believers alike all because of our lack of knowledge , wisdom and discernment. This teaching is so apt for today !

Hi Mike. So looking forward to the conference this coming weekend. I can't be there, because we can't travel yet, but look forward to watching on U-tube. A few weeks ago, I put a message on your comments, explaining that I have the same issue you had all those years., mine for 10 years. I am going through this alone, because I am surrounded by unbelievers. Please don't go public with my message, but I would so appreciate some of you minister's praying privately for me at the conference. Struggling with not focusing on the symptoms, but listening to your messages is giving me understanding that will change in time. You are such a blessing.

This is a great teaching. It brought so much more understanding to Job 1:7-11 when you pointed out that it is God's spiritual laws (established from the very beginning) coming into effect based on Job's fear rather than satan "asking" permission to oppress Job, and God "allowing" it. Thank you!!

Didn’t understand that it was written prior to Abraham nor did I know that the first 3 chapters should be understood in light of what occurred in the next 37 chapters. It makes more sense now! Wait, so you're saying that the writer of Job explained it wrong? I can't really go with that. I believe the author was inspired by the Holy Spirit to put out accurate and true information. With all due respect should we change what the scripture says to fit our narrative ?
God said Job was blameless.
So how can we go and say Job caused this, when the scriptures give a completely different account of *why* it happened.
I'm just not comfortable saying that what the scriptures say is not right.
But I get your overall point. That fear opens the door for the enemy to work in our lives. I totally agree.
I just can't bring myself to agree with the part where you said the scriptures is wrong. Just think. If we can pick and choose any part of the Holy scriptures and say it didn't happen. How can we believe anything??

I didn’t receive it as Mike was teaching that the Scripture in Job was wrong - but that it is interpreted incorrectly when not seen through the Light of the Scriptures (Bible) as a whole.

If I were Job, I would not want my children to die and then have more children, more wives, more wealth in the future. Something did not make sense. Does anybody in the house want all their children to die to get more blessings in the future?

Yes, in the Old Testament, God killed lot. Even in the book of Revelation, more wicked unbelievers will be killed cruelly.,
Hey Mike are you saying regarding reaping and sewing that this was under the law but now because of christ jesus doesn't let us reap what we sew if it's bad. ???? Can you explain this
Pastor, you said that God does not make us reap the consequences of what we sow thanks to the finished work of Jesus.
So why do we still go to jail if we sin? Why we still suffer and have to pay for the consequences of what we do in this life? I still can see that we reap what we sow.
May be we will still go to Heaven even if we sin?

Romans 8.1 says there is yet no condenatoin for those who are in Christ. This means, your sins are not casting you to hell. He died once for ALL your sins. But sins do bring consequences
