The S on the number plates of the Mercedes models usually stands for S from Stuttgart. The S often appears on the scale models. I bought my Mercedes W100 LWB from Auto Art in the year 2010 and then paid €138, and 124€ for my W100 SWB. I have all versions of the W100 in 1/18 scale even the hearse...
I like it. I only get overly concerned about interior details on the models that open up. for the most part, and for the M100s in particular, the exterior profiles are what has always drawn me to it. Elegant, yet somewhat utilitarian at the same time. I am going to buy this one. Your review helped me make my decision because sometimes, just seeing a still image doesn't show me a lot. It is nice to see all angles.
ExternalStar, thank you for the review. Could you please make the next video with the head-to-head review: KK vs CMC. With the special attention on the details and proportions of the elements.
@@ExternalStar It is just one time for 60 mins, it is not so much )) This group test video would be very interesting - as W100 by KK looks much better than failed E38...
Great model. I think it is one of KK's best so far in terms of accuracy and detail level (compared to the C126 and E38 that were kinda disappointing). The only reason why I am hesitating is i think norev might make a fully opening one in the near future although the question is will they also sell it for retail 100 eur or perhaps 150 and more. Maybe I will buy this KK before it is sold out lol, thanks for the review.
not gonna happen, sadly. companies can only afford to create an opening casting if they plan on making hundreds of thousands of that model (all colors combined) so that the investment into the casting pays off. companies like kk, otto, gt spirit etc only make less than 2k per color, so maybe
I know it's way more expensive both for brand name and scarcity but, when I find AA on ebay when I can prepare my budget, I prefer it. I think it's better to have the best when there's a substitute.
Unacceptable at any price, because it is NOT die cast, and, above all, because it has no damned openings at all. Useless. I would never have bought it if I knew the above.
I have buyed this model.
It IS so very nice. This Modell get IT from autoart soon and as Pullman also. From autoart and Substrat soon.
Been very pleased with KK Models. I ordered this model just now after watching this video.
I am glad the video helped you with this buying decission

Totally agree. I hope Norev will make the W221 too.
I like it
A nice model, I just wish KK would do opening models - I’m sure they’d sell loads. I’ll save up for the CMC if I can , that will be 5 years from now 😆

I have the same opinion - it is better the have the best. In this case my budget was not allowing me to buy the best.
The glass on these KK cars are way better than the Otto models
I agree
Nice video, i am planning to get the cmc version 😊👍
You should!
love from ney york, brodie
Present....always bro 👍🔔
I have the CMC model and of course it's in a different league but for the price it should be. This model is a bargain even though nothing opens up.
Better not opening doors etc, as having all functional, but with gaps and miss alignment. Anyway I never open anything when i look at the model.
Hello Marek,How Are You?Can You Please Review Your Next Video On The Nissan GTR R35 By Kyosho or Autoart.
