I’m ugly sobbing right now kasi when she said we shouldn’t exchange our values and faith to any tempartion, that hit home-hard. Bcoz it’s not easy for me pero hearing it from her, it reminded me na mas rewarding pa rin yung relationship ko kay Lord compared sa anung klasemg tempation. My boyfriend broke up with me and I really got depressed. I was diagnosed with severe depression and admitted to a mental institution for two days. I really lost myself in the process which really affected my life and career. But now I pray and lift it up to the Lord. I'm getting better.

same kami ni Ms. Andrea. when i was heartbroken, sobrang nadepress ako. to the point that i became suicidal. i knew that time that i was in total darkness of depression. but since i grew up in a religious family, that was the time i picked up the bible, and digested everything that the word of God can provide for healing. until unti unti akong nakabangon with the help of prayer and strengthening my faith to Him. i didn’t even bother to consult for professional help kasi that time hindi pa malawak ang pagiisip ng tao regarding mental health
