I just visited Rock Lake. I want to know about the experiences of the people native to this area, as there are many majestic scenes and enchanting places. The trail guides start their story with the logging business, which is interesting but a shallow perspective on such a sacred landscape that people have occupied for thousands of years before.
Believe me, today's Algonquins have nothing to offer to Algonquin Park. They just want part of the revenue and a place to shoot from the road. Kirby is the real deal. He's pretty well one of the only ones though.
