Yes and I saw on DHN channel he posted part of the information which seems 😮. The funds can keep $ in the fund, make their % but trade against unregulated cryptos. Providing a lot of liquidity. This all seems similar to what Monsanto did to farmers, only Monsanto won. Crops bearing their own seeds meant they were decentralized. The SEC is using the same tactic only it's much more clear what they're doing is a violation because of blockchain. Imagine if bitcoin was patented.
