    Also how I identify some are newly formed vessels.how they are diff.from old vessels?

      They are usually small, capillary-sized, and leaky with some oedema (space) between them. vessels in granulation tissue are newly formed vessels.

    How you diff.fibrin and fibrosis.both are pink here??

      Fibrin in darker pink, forms strands, and is seen in ongoing inflammation. Fibrosis is paler and does not form strands. You would not get fibrosis in granulation tissue as granulation tissue forms as an early response to injury, whilst fibrosis occurs later, with scarring.

      Hi this was one of the older generation Aperio scanners, scanned in 2009! Read using ImageScope viewer.
