Hi. I get your point, try the dot and key ceramide moisturiser it is really moisturising but not oily at all. I think it might work for you.
Regarding the strobe cream, Please watch the full video. I have mentioned which one will suit which type of skin type & skin tones. So according to your preference you could make the choice.
