Hi, unrelated need for advice here.
I think I have like a major problem. I’m scared of breathing in dirty air. Like if anybody near me farts or something, I have to breathe out for a really long time, until my throat goes soar and dry and my breathing goes uneven. It’s the same with polluted air and stuff like that. I think I have the thought that it will affect me in someway and that I don’t want to breathe it in, to get it in my body.
It’s really affecting my daily life and breathing.
Please help. Does anyone know what u could do?

I’m not a professional at this but I suggest you go talk to someone about your problems seriously in real life that can bring you to a therapist. The main way to cure a phobia is to get use to it and get over with it. Don’t think on the negative and prevent your self from thinking how it can hurt you. Get use to having fears and control your thoughts, don’t let them control you. If you think it’s not a phobia then it probably just a daily fear and you’ll get use to it eventually because before I would hold my breath every time I walk by a engining car or just run pass it. I’m sorry again I’m not a professional but hope these advice help!
