I decided to put together a short(ish) tutorial about ARPs on the Korg Krome. I think I covered most of it, but feel free to ask if I missed something.
The camera shaking helped me understand so much better (I’m joking but some of these comments on the matter need to stop being such babies.. it’s not that deep)
Many thanks for the tutorial, because of you I finally understand the difference between sort, latch key sync. and keyboard. Am I correct that in the arp editorscreen the 12 tones are chosen by order of pressing down the keys? For example: if my arp only consists out of 5 times tone 0, only the first key I press on my keyboard will sound 5 times.
Yes that's correct, although if you scroll up the screen there are more notes than that, I forget how many. There's some interesting things you can do with multiple notes at once in a pattern that I haven't even explored yet. Very interesting and helpful. I havent had much time to put into my chrome and find it hard to really learn some features i want to use such as the ARP and RPPR (i think thats the right acronym).
A whole step down most of the time, because that's how my (now old) band played everything. When I learned songs for the band, I preferred to learn it in the original key and then transpose, that way if I played with anyone else I could still play it in whatever key they wanted. That hasn't happened as of yet. :)

Do you have transposer on? Those pitches don't reflect the notes you are playing.
