- A new YouGov/CBS News poll shows that while Vice President Kamala Harris would fair slightly better in a race against Donald Trump than President Joe Biden would, she'd still come in just short of a victory. Bloomberg White House and Politics reporter Gregory Korte and American University Political Science Professor Matt Foster joined On The Hill to discuss what happens with Biden’s campaign funds, what we can expect at the Democratic National Convention and what impact Biden dropping out may have on some down-ballot races.
