The lack of arrogance in your videos is very refreshing. I always enjoy watching your videos because of that, good , bad or indifferent you put it out there. Even though we've never met and I don't know you from Adam, it's like I'm watching a friend do his thing. Good luck this season brother.
In my opinion mowing makes more money short term and it only makes sense to mow if you are a solo operator. The big jobs that take more time may pay more but there is more risk involved in loosing money because the bigger the job the more likely it could be for the costumer to run out of money without it being finished and take advantage of you. If your solo I would stick to just mowing lawns and do small landscape jobs by picking a few of your best costumers. I wish I could help you but I’m on the other side of the country in Connecticut. I haven’t started mowing yet won’t start until about may 1st. Good luck during this mowing season. Being solo and not having employees can make your job and your business so much fun to do without having to watch them for a reasonable amount of work to get done.
The comradery between the lawn guys is awesome. I did my own lawn. Guess I was missing out on meeting a lot of great people. You did how much is one day? Whoa! I'm exhausted thinking of it.
You look like a young fella to me! I'm 67 and take care of my yard (100 X100) by myself with a push mower. I did mowing for 15 years, residential and a few commercial. Didn't make a lot, but I didn't have to work another job. I love working in the yard, but not when it's cold.
We nick named our ExMark " Bueller " because , we have a Ferris mower and an ExMark on the trailer sometimes and jogger said to us "hey I see you have Ferris. Where is Bueller? "so, we nick named the other mower 😉
Great video Brian, love to sit down and relax while watching the videos! Did you aeration and then overseed or just overseed? The Hustler sit down is jealous that the stand ons get all the fun lol

Great video Brian 💪🏼
Thanks for watching
You have to try putting down starter fertilizer and lime before you lay the sod. It gives it a nice boost
I always do starter fert before laying it.
Good job,you made me think of Ferris Bueller's day off.
Nice job and video like always
I appreciate that

Is that a Wright? What happened to your Walker mowers?
Hello friends
great video.. bro...
Thank you so much 😀
Do you have a video explaining why you went from running a crew to a single man?
I think there's a few.
Praying you are healthy. This is an old video.
Bueller.....Bueller....🤣🤣

So what do you do during the winter?
I work another full time job also
what is SOD?
First Aussie 😁
My man. 💪
Curious if you are going to keep the 60 and 52 seeing as you are working solo.
Yep
I would think having the expenses of employees isn't cost effective. Did that make sense?
Makes sense if your busy enough.
Do you still work full time and mow? i hadn't heard you mention it lately.
Yes
What type of grass is the yard you bagged?
Fescue
First. Whats up brian
What's up brother
I was wondering what happened to the weight loss videos.
How is the weight loss? I fell off a few weeks ago 🤨
I fell off awhile back too 😪
It happens. We will get there brother. Did you make a video on the grass flap you have installed? Enjoying the videos. Hope you have a great weekend!
@@bradroller6072 No I didn't but installed them on the 52 and 36. So far so good.
Have a good one!
@Brians Lawn Maintenance
Don't miss out on landscape jobs! Sub them out and ask for 15- 20% of the profit as your finders fee!
No more Justin?
Unfortunately no
