Sorry about that last comment my auto-correct was working overtime. I was trying to say I forgot to tell you how much I enjoyed watching the old sailboats with multiple sails at the Regatta. Those are the type of boats that I would like to be on if I could go sailing. A little bit more romantic idea than some of the newer sleeker ones. Again thanks for sharing all these videos and your self with us we appreciate it.
rablackford1 thank you for subscribing and watching, we really appreciate it :)
Forgot to say something about the the guy that you were at love seeing all the old wooden boats with the multiple sails on them. Kind of the Romantic side of sailing more like what I would like to do if I could get out there. Thanks again for sharing all this videos with us landlubbers.
So good to see you guys back out on the water again even for a little bit. I was really impressed with the couple that came into the dock under Sail and moored right up to the dock and stop and I couldn't see but I don't think there was any motor on there boat it was pretty impressive. I was intrigued with both that they were building I wish I could have seen a little bit more and hurt a little bit more about it it looks like it's going to be one heck of a boat. I'm glad to see Nona is getting put back together. Pretty incredible what Pete can splice all the wood back in and replace all the rotten Timbers. He's got some impressive skills. So do you I like that finish your putting on the wood it's going to look really impressive when you get done. I also like what you did for van I'm glad you stuck with it even though it was really frustrating there for a while. Looking forward to seeing you about all out on the Open Water again sometime soon.
This is my favorite video of yours. The different boats were amazing.
Thank you.
Super thanks for sharing!
Very nice...
I really like the fact you cut your hair. One bad power tool mishap could have been really bad. And you work a lot. Looking great!
shuhlann thanks. Yeah. It was becoming a problem and wearing it up all the time was really pointless. Change is good 👍
That looked like a lotta fun, good for you guys to get out there! Maybe Norna next year? Thanks for this.
Thanks for the footage from these classic regatta ships. All wooden sailboats 24' or longer are invited to the race. Maybe Norna will join someday ⛵ I remember a vid where Norna did join a race, but she was very slow and used her motor to not miss the party all together, maybe is was the same regatta. Ah, here it is ua-cam.com/video/loCfkSlPp_s/v-deo.html. Well, try again someday
Nico Dutch lol. Yeah... Turns out the growth grows below the waterline :P
Wow! Defiantly the wooden boat lovers dream. Just enough wind for some fun!
Here is a similar event in east coast UK

Am I off my rocker or did I see a "J" designation on the sloop flying the "Cat. Nat" balloon?? Too bad "JOYANT' didn't make it this year. sdh T.A. '67 in CT
