Her cutting ‘ technique’ is legitimately scary 😧
In the Us and many other countries they are trained in schools. The US avg is 1200-2000 hours . With instructors an additional 600. In many countries it’s what we referred to as a cottage industry, meaning a vocation passed down from generations. This is not a classic school trained cosmetologist. I feel the problem with this type of apprenticeship is bad habits get passed down. She learned what they taught here with no course outlines or course syllabus. Some day maybe…..!
