@@catherinedoan81 I personally prefer the Japense ones which are wetter. I feel like it lays color down better. And doesn’t run out as quickly either. I never have problems with Mildliners bleeding thru my planner pages.
Great comparison! Also, random side note, I just recently started using the Inkjoy pens and omgosh those colors they have rival the Pilot G2s! They're so great!
Good evening Julie.❤️ Hope you are having a nice evening? All is good with me here. I loved you markers showing in this video. I really did love every color you have in all of the packs you showed too.👍🏻😁 But, I agree that a lot of that suffvand other things from the Planner companies are surly very expensive. Nice to watch you and others doing you daily planners because I like to see how they all and yourself, decorate each month. Hope you have a great and blessed weekend and hugs to you always! I love the MildLiners, I always buy extras on-line or in Michael's in my favorite colors (blues, greens.) I guess this test will hold up in your Golden Coil as well with it's 80 lb. paper. A little bit of savings on the EC markers with 4 or more accessories, but yes, still expensive but designed for the LP. I'll bet they will eventually expand the color options.
This was fun! The only other question is whether or not the pens are sold individually. Like you, I have my favorite Mildliners. I know I can go to Jet Pens and buy single replacements for these colors. But can we do the same thing with the other brands?
Ahhhh I just re-read your comment ( not enough coffee 🥴) I haven’t seen the sharpie ones available individually and I’m pretty sure the EC ones are sold I soon their stores but not online.
Do you mind answering what do you use for your background, or is it just your table top? I find that many times my table top reflects light and creates glares in my photos/videos.
Hi! I have only the Japanese versions of Mildliners, and they do have the color names... Sort of. 😏 On the side of each one, you'll see a notation like "WKT7-MBG." That last bit stands for "Mild Blue Green." Yay! But! The original Japanese color names (not the colors, just the names) do differ some from the English-speaking marketed packs. Grrr! I hate when that happens! 😒
Seeing the colors all swatched is so satisfying! Oh my goodness! Great start to my Friday workday! Thank you, as always!
Thank you so much!
That gold/mustard shade of mildliners is so beautiful it makes me want to buy them just for that one color 🖤
Right?! It’s definitely one of my faves!
plannerbffs you can buy them separately too.
Yes! I usually grab the ones I use the most at Michaels :)
You can also buy them in smaller packs with just 4 (it may be 5) in a pack.
Thank you, Julie! This saved me so much money ❤️ Happy Weekend!
You’re very welcome! Have a great weekend!
I have had my mildliners about a month and thanks to you now I know they are double-tipped. So funny.
I agree that the neon mildliners are drier! I thought I was imagining things!😂
I’ve been buying these markers for years from various places and the neon ones are always drier!
Yes, just the yellow, pink, orange fluorescent
Passion Planner just came out with some highlights that have a dual pen tip.
@Julie’s Plans Can you post the names of the 15 colors? I have the Japanese ones. Thanks!
I posted them on my Instagram!
How do you know, I thought they were all Japanese--thx for any info
The Japanese version of the Mildliners are wetter than these. These are the US version made in Mexico and they are drier.
so is the japanese one or the usa one bleed more? is one better which?

I love the mild liners. I even use them in my Bible and they do ok. TFS.
I’ve used them in my bible as well! Love them! ❤️
I love the EC ones! they are quite...juicy though.
The sharpies don't excite me enough to go out of my way for them
Lol yes, very juicy 🤣

Thanks for sharing this video and for your thoughts on them
Thank you for watching! ❤️
I love the Mildliners - do you prefer to store them upright or laying down?
I’ve always stored mine upright with no issues!
I prefer my mild liners. I wanted to try the s note but many people said they shadow and have several issues.
Mildliners will always be my fave! I love the color variety of the S-note but the bleed through makes it a no for me.
Same here! I bought the 25 count mildliners and even though the colors are in Japanese. I enjoy the colors :)
Zebra Mildliners are the best quality for me with how they feel in the hand, the tips, the colors
Love my Mildliners
I don’t think anything can replace them! They are the best!

JetPens sells them individually and so does Michaels!

It’s actually just poster board from Michaels
Can you do a review of the Monami Essenti Soft highlighters?
Thanks! Great video.👍
Thank you so much for watching!
OMG I have had my mildliners for years and didn't know they were double sided. Lol
Not all of them are
@@Lemonade_Stand_ mine are
What did you label your mild liner colors with? My label maker doesn't seem to go that small
I use the brother p-touch label maker!

Oh that’s good to know!
Oh, thanks for that tip
I NEVER have luck with mildliners when highlighting over ink. I must not wait long enough but then again, who has that much time to wait??
Highlight first and then wrote over it!
Use a different pen, I think there are youtubers who do tests
More vlogs
Literally had no idea the color name was on the Mildliners until today lol
