For those of you asking about sheet music, sorry, there isn't any. This is completely improvised.
The stereo audio was recorded from the line-out on my digital piano and converted to mp3, which lets you hear the simulated concert-grand sound Yamaha uses to synthesize their notes - a big improvement after UA-cam compresses it and turns it into mono.

I had this tune stuck in my head for 4 months. 4 long months of me randomly blurting out ' do do do......do do do do do do do' and my boyfriend finally figured it out and lead me here! I can carry on with my life now

Same. I had it stuck in my head and didnt know how to play it bc i couldnt look up any tutorials bc i didnt know the name so I just searched something like "vine piano song" or something like that and i was so happy when i found out the name :D

Many happy childhood memories of playing Heart and Soul with friends. I can’t believe 60 years I’m teaching my grandchildren to play it.

Your piano playing, especially your "fun with the melody" really pulls all of my heart together, like a giant ball of joy. THANK YOU, you truly have heart and soul.

14 years ago now, I still listen to this ALL the time. Your made up part is my absolute favorite! I taught myself how to play almost 30 years ago and can't really read music and play by ear, I have watched you play and taught myself many parts from you and now have taught my young kids! Love it!! Like many people Heart and Soul was the first thing I learned on the piano. I remember this video from so many years ago and learning the missing chord progression from it, it's stuck with me all these years later. it's great coming across this video again and thank you for the music!

I've never written music - and as an amateur player that would be beyond my ability.
"Fun With The Melody" is just a lot of bits and pieces I put together over many years - some of it mine - some it if copied from other songs. Note the part between 2:53 and 3:01 - then search youtube for "Herman's Hermits Silhouettes", and listen to the first ten seconds. The first ten second of Silhouettes is using the chord pattern to Heart & Soul. That's where I got the idea for that piece.

I was 10 when I first heard this video and I recall playing this over and over again and now I’m 25! Gosh how time flies! 😭 The second version was the one I kept replaying… the melody is so beautiful 🥹 Would you ever re-record this video? Would be cool to see!
I played that last piece as taught to me by neighbors back in the sixties. After some research, I believe it's a modified version of "Der Flohwalzer" (German for "the flea waltz"). According to Wikipedia, it goes by many names, depending on the country you live in. I've never seen lyrics to this.
I don't just like this music,...I love it,...and this person here on this video is the perfect piano player for this particular piece.

I cannot believe there's people that can play this good. It seriously goes over my head when I struggle just to hit regular keys. 😂 How do ppl get this good?? Where do you go for instruction? I have a 7 year old and want him to learn.
Sarah La Fleur really all hes doing is improvising based on the melody of the song. All it takes is practicing changing all the songs that you already know and trying to play them with slight variations and eventually with practice you can get to his level of improvisation. Improvisation is something that most piano teachers cant really teach.
The third was so amazing =p I listen to that part on repeat. You should do a full video of just that!

About 1963 there was version of the last song, called DOWN AT PAPA JOE' S played on the Top 40 radio stations here in California. It had words something about what a swinging place it was. Loved all your HEART & SOUL versions.

+tworegon I have a clavinova clp-130 that looks EXACTLY like that one. I mean EXACTLY. down to the button. and the two sets of up/down buttons that I always get confused.
