I honestly LOVE late holiday videos, because I’m always sad to see all the decorations go away and I love getting a little, surprise extra holiday moment. Same thing with late birthday wishes. Love it. It’s just spreading the joy.
I wish people would just let Moriah do the art she wants to do instead of pressuring her into doing these huge projects that stress her out. She already puts a TON of work into all her projects and spends lots of time editing her videos just for us. I use light clay a lot to make my art sculptures, so if you’d like a few tips I can share what I do. I use sculpting tools to push and work the clay. You can even keep squishing and pressing on it when it’s half dry to get more details that way. It also helps smooth it out, using tools instead of your hands. The number one big thing for me about this kind of clay is that lots of actual sculpting comes AFTER it is dry. I use sand paper and my Dremel tool to carve and smooth, and then its good for painting too. Maybe this helps, but also feel free to disregard it too. I love your art so much! Thank you for creating and sharing with us

I've watch Moriah since 2018, and she is the creator that has most grown and improved over time that I have ever seen! Back in 2020, I made a list of my seven favorite UA-camrs and she was #3 on that list. But now, she is definitely, absolutely NUMBER ONE for me! Her videos have steadily gotten cuter, funnier, more creative, and more entertaining over time.
Hey! I am a fellow ceramic artist. You can actually smooth out some lumps out in the clay with sandpaper after it’s dry if the lumps are bothering you. I hope that’s helpful. Keep up the good work with clay projects!

@@Checkyourfrontdoor11 it would be safe there's no reason it wouldn't be, but if she's trying to sand it to make it more smooth that wouldn't work with this type of clay. Trying to sand this clay even with fine grit sandpaper would still results in more texture than before.
I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed but during the video there are moments that Moriah's spark of creativity kinda fades in her eyes like as she tries to work with the sculpture she realizes that it isn't really her cup of tea but she's trying to make it work out. SO PLEASE LET US NOT DEMAND TOO MUCH FROM HER. We shouldn't force her to make huge and stressful projects, instead we should inspire and motivate her to do the ART SHE LOVES. Remember art is meant to be enjoyed not forced.

As a cosplayer I sculpt rough shapes with foam clay and then carve out what I want and detail it that way! It makes it so much easier to get what you want!!

I've watch Moriah since 2018, and she is the creator that has most grown and improved over time that I have ever seen! Back in 2020, I made a list of my seven favorite UA-camrs and she was #3 on that list. But now, she is definitely, absolutely NUMBER ONE for me! Her videos have steadily gotten cuter, funnier, more creative, and more entertaining over time.

Hey! I am a fellow ceramic artist. You can actually smooth out some lumps out in the clay with sandpaper after it’s dry if the lumps are bothering you. I hope that’s helpful. Keep up the good work with clay projects!
That doesn't really work with foam clay it would just shred the clay like Styrofoam.

Hi Moriah! From someone who uses clay in their free time, you should sand your clay after it drys to make it more smooth! It works for me :)
You can't sand this type of clay,it dries soft and squishy and trying to sand it would just shred it.

@@Checkyourfrontdoor11 it would be safe there's no reason it wouldn't be, but if she's trying to sand it to make it more smooth that wouldn't work with this type of clay. Trying to sand this clay even with fine grit sandpaper would still results in more texture than before.

Bunny Donut Queen is cute, but I won’t lie, I do love Donut Queen human design. It was kinda cute her being the only human among the animals.
I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed but during the video there are moments that Moriah's spark of creativity kinda fades in her eyes like as she tries to work with the sculpture she realizes that it isn't really her cup of tea but she's trying to make it work out.
SO PLEASE LET US NOT DEMAND TOO MUCH FROM HER. We shouldn't force her to make huge and stressful projects, instead we should inspire and motivate her to do the ART SHE LOVES. Remember art is meant to be enjoyed not forced.
Moriah don’t push your self too hard please even if u feel like you need to, what most us viewers want is you to stay happy and healthy and for you to live a good life. As long as your happy doing this keep doing it but don’t be too hard on yourself, what you do is great.

At first I felt robbed seeing the photo of the sprinkles without seeing the sprinkles added and the song too then seeing Moriah cut to the next clip of adding the sprinkles and the song made me do the surprised pikachu face.

As a cosplayer I sculpt rough shapes with foam clay and then carve out what I want and detail it that way! It makes it so much easier to get what you want!!
