It’s a film that exists
We do not acknowledge that movie.
I don't know
a horrible waste of potential
Never heard of it. Is that a new Sony Spiderman film?
Jared Leto Joker: charged for existing
Idk his acting is just so funny imo. He’s like a middle schooler trying so hard to look edgy
@@SelfProclaimedGorl He was a weirdo on set.
@@fynnthefox9078 oh yeah I did hear about that. That was pretty fucked up
Death Penalty or at least Life Sentence!
The biggest crime the Joker has ever done is when he broke the law against the Pokémon so he can do whatever he wants with it.
*“JOKER ITS AN ANIMAL JOKER”*
You fool! There are no laws against the pokemon batman!!
"You already know batman you already know what I'm going to do to that thing"
@@kursedmilk *”NONONOJOKERDONTDOITJOKERNONO”*
THERE ARE NO LAWS AGAINST THE POKEMON
Phoenix Joker: Kinda stifling
Ledger Joker: Horrific terrorist
Leto Joker: Still somehow got twice the death sentences as Ledger's Joker
Injustice Joker: "Hold my laughing gas"
Bro blew up a whole ass city 💀
EXCELLENT MOUSAIT WORK. 😅😊😅
Arkham Joker...
Leto is not main character so we don't see his kills on screen>so autor just doing every killing sprint into "mass murder>death sentence" instead of counting kills one by one.
Heath’s Joker managed to make fourth place for most life sentences on this channel. He sits behind Oh Il-Nam, Ronan, and Thanos.
pretty sure Pal has more then him as well, the phone from Mitchels vs machines
@ Actually, Pal just has the most years in prison as well as the most death sentences. Pal only has the 28th most life sentences.
And the fact that he did it all in one movie
It could have gone even higher as the hospital bombing and attempt at the boat bombings could be considered acts of terror(or attempted for the boats) which would increase the count by a little
The Thanos one was impressive to count, but that should have been at least 5 death sentences. Genocide for multiple planets, I’m just saying 4 for the planets at random and regicide for killing at least Black Panther, but it was probably more.
1:00 we actually talked about this scene in my legal studies class at school. My teacher who is a lawyer said this is 2 instances of self defense followed by second degree murder since he was running away and posed no further threat. But since Arthur had his gun illegally he would most likely be charged with illegal possession of a loaded firearm and 3 accounts of second degree murder. Nowadays he could plead unfit for trial for being mentally unstable but probably not 40 years ago when the film is set
I'd say one self-defense, one murder, one's iffy, but the minutia is impossible for a court to realistically examine. The middle guy did disengage and step back just before Arthur shot him, and I've seen a man convicted on that very distinction in a case wherein there was video footage.
That's interesting
4:36 🎶🎤”This song is copyrighted. I can’t include it.”
Gets me all the time🤣🤣
Actually it usually says “this song is copyrighted, I must replace it”
@ Lol, my bad I didn’t know until now😭😭😩
To be fair, during Joker's "magic trick," the pencil is not seen in the guy's head when he falls back and there is a visible hole in the desk where it was, so the guy's head likely pushed the pencil through the table, meaning he could have survived.
I’m pretty sure the “trick” was that the pencil was pushed through his eye and the hole is just from the Joker slamming it into the table so it stays in place.
Biggest crime is the poor quality of the newest joker movie
Worst thing to me is the reveal at the end of 'oh no, Arthur isn't the Joker, his actions just inspired the real Joker'
Meaning neither of those movies have the right to be called Joker
Because neither of them are about The Joker, which is the reason the majority of people watched them.
The actual Joker is only in the 2nd movie for about 1 minute at the very end
Its a big middle finger to fans.
I mean it sorta makes sense cuz he seems old for the joker@@Canadian_Zac
The first one was bad too
@@Canadian_Zacthis is just a horrible faith way to take the point of these movies. They are about the joker, the joker is Arthur fleck during the time of these movies. This is a unique universe, LOOSELY INSPIRED by dc comic characters. It doesn’t have to follow all the rules of the character. Using this logic, Heath ledger’s joker isn’t the joker either. Sorry the movie was too deep for you to understand but it was a masterpiece.
Would be dope to see the Arkham games Joker covered. He's had *3 full games* to run WILD.
And a few sections in Arkham Knight.
Heath Ledger Joker is an unmatchable vibe. Neither Leto neither Phoenix got close
and Ledger didnt get close to Nicholson, and not one of them got even close to Hamill

7:23 that cutoff was hilarious
0:29 in america you can conduct a private sale in most states. new york however does not
Good thing Gotham is in New Jersey
@@hencoop8023 new jersey is the same.
So long as both parties reside in the same state and the buyer is not otherwise prohibited from owning a firearm.
New York is a city not a state
@@fanofeverything30465 I miss the days when I could tell if that was a joke or not.
for anyone who may not know or who are not from the UK the opening music is from a theme park known as Alton Towers and the rollercoaster name is The Smiler
You know your content is good when there's a million channels copying your format.
Keep up the good work man. :)
I'd like to point out that Joker didn't plan to kill Murray. He originally planned to kill himself, and changed his mind when he got angry at Murray in the moment. That's maybe second or third degree murder. Doesn't change the charges, but I thought I'd mention it.
I wish the old music for the intro and the end of the charges
Nah it’s to iconic
@@aceboyjack933 ikr
Now do Cameron Monaghan and Mark hamil's Joker
OMG yes! 🤩
And Jack Nicholson
Hamil's been so many jokers that you'd have to narrow it down to one canon. I'm all for the Arkham games personally, even if Troy Baker took his place for Origins.
Don’t forget Jack Nicholson and Caesar Romero.
ironically, these two jonklers were also jedi!
The Joker(s) when the police tell them what they're being charged with: *WHY SO SERIOUS... [insert beatbox]*
You should have replaced Jared Leto with the Jack Nicolson version.
Honestly when I first came across this channel it didn't even get over 2k subscribers.I didn't subscribe, because well it is not my type of content, but I new there was a space for this type of content and i thought it would do well.I did not think it would get so big on sutch a short time, because it usually takes long and i dit not expect it to grow in such a short time.(Consider me impressed.)bravo, congratulations on the succes.
Heath Ledger was without a shadow of a doubt, the best Joker. Batman: Dark Knight is a masterpiece 🃏
Video ideas: if eren jaegar was charged for his crimes, if muzan kibutsuji, was charged for his crimes, if Gabriel agreste was charged for his crimes, if cooperaceproductions LEGO ninjago villains were charged for their crimes, and if dhar Mann characters were charged for their crimes.
Is he pardoned for saying "Why so serious" and then beatboxes?
Smiler roller coaster theme for this one. very fitting
13:17 Bro did the least crimes yet got 3 Death Penalties
2:18 the real scare.
The murder of murray franklin was second degree, Arthur originally intended to commit suicide, but decided to shoot murray in the heat of the moment because he was interrupting him.
As one Joker once said,
"The IRS? Noooo thank you!!!"
@Dctctx said it first, but to expound on this from a military/law enforcement background: there is no way to shoot someone safely. And it’s more dangerous for you and everyone else if you try to aim somewhere else. Example: if you try to shoot them in the leg, you stand a good chance of severing the femoral artery and killing them from traumatic blood loss, or snapping their femur and causing marrow poisoning and blood loss. Plus the added risk of additional ricochets or just missing. Any training course or law enforcement officer will tell you: if you’re going to shoot, aim center of mass. You’re least likely to miss, most likely to get compliance, and most likely to stop the threat. You don’t fire warning shots into the ceiling or the wall, you don’t try to use the gun for a non lethal takedown. If you’re pulling a gun, you have exhausted all your peaceful or non lethal means of resolution and your only concern now is to survive the encounter. You could still make the argument that brandishing is sufficient, but the Joaquin Phoenix’s joker was on the floor being kicked and beaten. It’s unlikely they would have noticed him brandishing it, and it’s less likely he would have the ability to speak clearly enough to threaten or warn them.
How many life sentences can u even get?
Heath Ledgers Joker: yes
7:18 These booms were really synced
I’d say that we should also get a part 2 of this at some point. Covering Romero, Nicholson, and maybe one of the Hamil jokers (I vote Injustice and TAS).
You missed that Jared Leto joker was confirmed to have killed robin. You also missed that Joaquin Phoenix broke into Sophie’s apartment
9:36 For Those Confuse About 2x Murders, He Also Killed Lou While He Was On Top Of The Money.
Of the three Heath Ledger's Joker is undoubtedly the most dangerous. It really amazed me how the third one got 3 death penalties despite being the most underwhelming(and that's putting it mildly).
I was not expecting to hear the smiler theme here
How did the money charge go from 7 mil to like a billion in 10:19? A hospital's surely not worth a billion dollars, maybe like 10-50 mil but not a billion.
It’s estimated that the cost of building a hospital is 25-75 million per 50 beds. Since you would also need on average one room for each bed, as well as all the relevant equipment.
We don’t know how many beds there are in Gotham General, but it’s probably way more than just 50. So we could conceivably get around 500 million in damages for that.
And that’s just the property destruction part of the charge. The reckless endangerment and use of (likely illegally acquired) explosives would probably add to it.
5:53 if you watch when joker comes out of the body bag, he actually stabs the two guys carrying the bag
6:35 Also Poisoning
I recognise the music choice, I see you're a man of culture as well
"He does a BIIIG bundle of crimes here.
First, he aggravated assaults an officer with a shard of glass. Then he blows up the police station."
Hold up. Wait just a second. WHAT?
12:05 Perfectly Balanced, As all things Should be
Can you do Chris Mclean from Total Drama?
The revolver for the first joker was actually an 8 round gun, despite 6 being the common round count in revolvers, some do hold more, like the one used in the movie.
just came home and this comes out bloody good timing
Arthur Fleck: Despite his tragic story and upbringing, Arthur Fleck has clearly taken that first step in which there's no turning back, in which he is now not just a danger to society, but to himself as well. His behavior is unpredictable and erratic, but he's also a man crying a billion tears beneath his insanely jolly exterior. Arthur Fleck faces a fine of $6000 for his criminal damage and is best institutionalized for life in Arkham. Who knows if it's even not to late for him to seek help?
The Joker (Nolanverse): Simple really. This demon clown is so violent, sadistic and unpredictable he is gradually a force of evil that encompasses Gotham City as a malevolent presence. He also has control of Gotham's underworld which in turn also have links to the city's government. He is too dangerous to be left alive. So I hereby agree unanimously on the penalty to be imposed upon the Clown Prince of Crime, to be DEATH via lethal injection.
Joker (DC Extended): Just as crazy, insane and wicked as all the other Jokers. A similar fate for the other guys too. Life imprisonment with no parole in Arkham in the most tightly-protected maximum security cell in the place to prevent further incidents with 24-hour security.
I love how Heath just gets Joaquin’s sentence right off the bat 😂😂😂. He has to have one of the biggest rap sheets on the channel
Also the dude Joker holds hostage with a shard of glass survives. He’s seen when he informs Gordon of The Joker’s threat about bombing the Hospital and he’s present when the Bat Signal is destroyed. Idk about the others it’s safe to assume some of them survived too
You know it's a good day when Mousait uploads
I was expecting Jack Nicholson's Joker. Maybe do him next?
9:50 pretty sure you can't purposefully destroy currency in US
Edit: I don't know if you would add it on top of Arson or replace it.
5:51
Because Science made a video about that one and if I remember correctly, that injury is actually very survivable, so I'm not sure if second degree murder is the right charge.
Rest in peace, Heath Ledger.
4:52 He Should Go to the Rehab Facility, He's a Danger to Himself as well
Video idea: If Burtonverse villains were charged for their crimes (Jack Nicholson’s Joker, The Penguin, Catwoman)
What if Tony Soprano was charged for his crimes? That'd be amazing
Jack Nicholson’s joker must have an insane amount of crimes if he ended up warranting a separate videos
I failed NNN when I saw that you uploaded a new video
What
What's NNN
What if live-action Decepticons were charged for their crimes?
The irony of Ledger's Joker getting the sentence Batman refused to hand out
😂
dude, u should do niko bellic, since you did michael and trevor from GTA V, why not GTA IV? 🙏
4:33 iconicality
Part 2 for Nicholson, Galafanakes, and Romero!
Do
If Saul Goodman was charge with their crimes
4:21 i came here for this part alone
I’m still waiting for Kaos
5:56 "why so serious?"
I love this If someone was charged for their crimes videos 🔥
Video Idea: What if Baldi's Basics characters were charged for their crimes?
I was about to say that Baldi was always commit first degree murder
That’s probably not enough crimes to charge because each character pretty much just does one thing
there is no way you are 19 years old, that 2005 in your name must be wrong
@@Mate_Antal_Zoltan Are you saying I'm lying about my age because I like to play video games or even watch OTHER adults play them? 🤨
@@EImposter2005 there is no 19 year old on this planet that enjoys Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning, I will not believe that
How come you ain’t charging Jack Nicholson’s Joker?
Joker killed 2 of Gambol's men before killing Gambol himself
Do Alan Becker villains
A private transfer of a firearm is legal without a dealer's license so long as both parties reside in the same state. The only issue being if Arthur is legally prohibited from owning a firearm in general and the seller is aware of that.
You forgot the harley quin movie Joker crashed a vehicle into Ace Chemicals.
A little idea, a Sony animation villains charged for their crimes 3, With Slappy the Dummy (I personnally love this villain, so much), and Spot.
Joker is an idea, he can never die.
10:14 that should’ve been charged as ID fraud but yeah that too
please do Saul Goodman next
The sponsor of the video scared the shit out of me. "Im watching you" holy christ man. I was watching this during the night and i was walking thru a sark corridor.
7:51 That was a modified Glock-18, modifying guns is illegal. (Modyfying not as in attachments like scopes, silencers and camos (which some are illegal without licenses too), modyfying as in changing the gun's parts. In this case, Joker is using a full-auto module which is highly illegal and there is only 3 registered ones that are legal in the US as when it came out, only 3 people were able to register their guns before it got banned)
Joaquin Phoenix Joker biggest crime..... The Jonkler 2 Folie a Morbius sales
Only if They Press Charges or Evidence to Convict.
I'm surprised you didn't do Batman '89.
Is it wrong of me loving pimp joker? cuz I'm pretty sure joker fanfics helped me with that
The Smiler music in the transitions. Did you think we wouldn’t notice, or are you surprised I’m the first to do so?
Heath Joker is so scary bro. Dude doesn't need any villain last words. Doesn't need some big explanation for his crimes or why he is the way he is. He'll just unload his gun on you quickly and suddenly, without cause or purpose.
If google was charged for not fixing the keyboard....
5:56 HE SAID THE THING!!!!!
Now do Jack Nicholson and Cesar Romero
My man mousait has finally posted an other banger video ,keep up the good work 👍
Appreciate the Smiler music
What AI did you use to make the pictures move. Or did you not use AI?
Charge #1 against Phoenix's Joker is inaccurate. You can buy a firearm from a friend so long as both can possess the firearm legally. This means both are 21 years or older, as this is a handgun in the video, and that both can legally possess it without complications, such as being felons or qualifying types of mentally ill or addicted.
But Arthur is definitely mentally ill though. He had already been locked up in Arkham once and was on 7 meds.
@@JokerFan-hj4iv To clarify: "qualifying types of mentally ill" is referring to being deemed mentally ill by a judge in a court of law, known as adjudication.
I'm not entirely familiar with the story details of The Joker movie as its been a few years since I watched it. However, if he had been committed to a mental institution, that would prohibit him from purchasing, possessing, transferring, etc any firearms.
My main issue was with the presentation of the firearm law as talked about in the video. It was vague and could give viewers the wrong impression of the law.
Ok next include Persona 5 Joker
9:33 Wdym second-degree???
Also he should be charged with (first-degree) attempted murder for Dent, not "mutilation"
It's second degree because he didn't specifically plan to kill those cops. They were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Mausait committed a crime in this video as well: not including Jack Nicholson or Mark Hamill
I was expecting the jack Nicholson joker being here
If you wanna know how Heath Ledger's joker killed the guy with a pencil...here. He rammed it into his eye by slamming his head onto it. More prove he was probably a soldier. And a.....pretty fucked up one at that.
Who else saw the notification and thought “Is the scene from Joker 2019, where he shoot the wall street guys here?” 1:30 That’s kinda point.
well, you missed the best Joker. I'd say the only REAL Joker. Jack Nicholson's Joker from Batman 1989.
these other so called "Jokers" were fine, but they lacked...Creativity. Fun. Laughs. I'd love to have a truly terrifying Joker on screen again.
