Several days ago I found out that the brain tumor I had removed in 2013 has returned. I might need another brain surgery. I am very scared but I am doing my best to put my faith in God. I know this is in his plan but I am still overwhelmed with doubt, fear, and anxiety. Please pray for me, guys. God bless you all.

I hope people see this. My little sister has been battling leukemia for almost 4 years now and she’s had a relapse so she needs radiation therapy. I’m so scared for her because of how dangerous it could be if she even moved during her 16 sessions. Please keep her in your prayers. Her name is Emily Grace and she is 12 years old. Call me crazy but I thumb my nose at.conventional religion and just try my best to love everyone without putting an asterisk by their name. This song shows the God I know. You don't have to be perfect, just be.... accept Christ. You got this.
I LOVE that line "no strings attached when He saved my soul". It's so true, He doesn't need anything in return, He wants devotion, kindness, Christ-line attributes, but they aren't required. Can you imagine the sacrifice that must have been for Him, KNOWING that so many people wouldn't care, wouldn't even believe He existed. He knew it had to be done though. I'm happy to be one of those that knows He lives, and I'm so grateful He made that sacrifice for me. Love this song.

I truly love the God I know..... unfortunately, the people that are disgracing the churches that I have been to, keep pushing me away from the God I know's house. The God I know came down and met me in MY place. He never made me feel like I had to come up to Him. I felt that the Pastor at my last church really cared, really WANTED my salvation.....that is, until I missed several weeks of church with my family being torn apart by our oldest daughter sleeping around A TON, with random guys, sometimes multiples at the same time, resulting in her getting an STD that can't be cured. Where was our pastor then, you might ask, he was busy visiting the families that gave the most to the church financially! If I'm remembering my bible correctly, that is NOT what Jesus taught. In fact, it was quite the opposite. What do you do when you get to the end of the rope, only to realize that it's the one that you have trusted the most tying the noose around your neck???...
I have been down some very dark paths, since i lost my son to a heroin overdose 3 years ago, trust me, i reached for Jesus more than ever by far in my life, but still felt very alone, no matter how you feel, He is still there reaching for you, just as he never let go of me, remember the "Footprints" poem :)
