What I absolutely love about your vids, that you get straight to the point, no fancy talk, show off.. A bit worried about your safety, the way you fly into the closed corners. Anyhow, please upload more, great therapeutic effect. Cheers.
Thanks, Egor. Those rides are always a bit risky, not only about cornering but in general, you will never know when you lose a control or some unexpected obstacle appears in front of you. But this type of rides qives me a dose of adrenaline and helps me feel alive, I think this is main point why I accept this risk.

How much does your XT weigh and have you replaced both mufflers with a single one?

Me also riding xt660r, but here in Holland driving trough the woods is not allowed and there are not many places to drive offroad in general sadly.
btw; You left out the part where you switched the ignition key on/off a few times in a row after tumbling down ? ;-)
Waar rij je dan off road? Woon ook in Nederland en zit ook te kijken naar deze motoren maar zou idd niet weten waar je in Nederland kan rijden
Ik ga soms naar de kuil in Ijmuiden. Het is er vaak erg druk maar je kan er wel leuk offroad rijden.
Verder toer ik vaak een beetje random door nh en als ik dan offroad paatjes tegen kom rij ik daar overheen. Alleen kom je toch vaak mensen tegen die honden uitlaten enzo, en het wordt meestal niet gewardeerd en daarom vaak eenmalig.
Leuk dat je aan het kijken bent voor een XTR. Ik heb er nu 20 000 km op gereden en het is een motor waar je echt heel erg leuk mee kunt rijden. Op bochtige/dijk weggetjes houd niemand je bij. Hij ligt als een dijk op de weg. Ik rij dan ook vooral op de weg en heb er momenteel perelli scorpion banden onder zitten waarmee die echt geweldig rijdt. Wel duikt de motor bij hard aanremmen ver naar voren omdat de voorvering standaard relatief zacht/comfortabel is. Maar ik heb niet het idee dat ik hierdoor minder hard kan remmen.
Als je een strakkere wegligging zoekt is de xtx een goede optie.
Ik ben toevallig net terug van een paar dagen ardennen en op de bergweggetjes komt ie enorm tot zn recht.
Wel wil ik in de toekomst verder gaan reizen met deze motor en wil ik ook grote stukken offroad rijden in het buitenland waar het wel kan.
Dan gaan er natuurlijk weer offroad banden onder.
@@mikedeboer9033 dat is mooi om te horen, ga vanavond bij eentje kijken, wel een xtx, omdat ik toch meeste op de weg ga rijden, officieel is de xtx niet voor offroad maar met de bossen hier in nederland moet ie zich prima uit de voeten kunnen denk ik, als ik hem heb zal ik de kuil in ijmuiden is opzoeken, daar mag je dus wel offroad rijden? Kom zelf uit het oosten van het land en daar word t over t algemeen niet gewaardeerd als je de bossen in duikt. Maar als je er helemaal mee naar de ardennen bent gereden is de motor dus ook erg comfortabel en goed geschikt voor lange afstanden? Ik zou ook graag een keer met de motor richting t oosten van europa gaan, waar je veel meer bos gebieden hebt, maar dan idd wel met off road banden eronder
Thanks! Yes, it's sad when you can't enjoy the nature riding a dirty roads. Even in Lithuania there are more and more restrictions regarding offroad riding. What was you question about the ignition key? When the bike is in a horizontal position an ingnition is switched off automatically. So you need to turn off/on manualy by switching the ignition key.
Cool video! I am looking to change the front springs, are you happy with the Ohlins? Any particular reason why you went with Ohlins instead of others like Hyperpro which are progressive?

Hi. Unfortunately, I don't know dimensions and brand, I bought it used. But I was looking 32mm handlebar, so I also using adapters to fit into original mounting. Now I would choose a bit more higher handlebar.
