It's decent. Love Lynch but cannot get away with that clean ish tone he's using on some of the lead breaks. Been watching him a lot on UA-cam as we don't get to see him in UK and he misses loads of notes or partially frets them, for want of a better description, and passes it off as some mellow hushed note, just sound like mistakes to me
@@davidbrucemusicvideo haha that's a fair point. I do play guitar, not a great player, however regardless of that I do know what I'm talking about and have played in bands for many years. As I say I love Lynch, alongside Demartini and Bettencourt my absolute favourites, just think some of what he's doing isn't quite coming off but getting left in the track. In a live setting that's fair enough, sometimes not everything you try comes off. I also have to say his solos in recent times are much less structured than they used to be. All that said he's great and indeed a guitar hero to me
I still remember buying two albums on the same day in late 1985 from two bands I hadn't heard of at time. Soldiers Under Command by Stryper and Tooth and Nail by Dokken. Both of them gave me goosebumps. These two guys can still do that.
Pure Greatness. George sets the tone and Michael just gets stronger as the years go on. These 2 are a match made in heaven and this is another pot of gold at the end of the melodic rock rainbow.
George is better today compared to his time in the 80's. Just amazing how much music George releases every single year. I'm thrilled these 2 are back to making music. The debut album was terrific. Second one was a letdown. I'm sure this third one will be solid front to back. Just like this song!
This is as good as it gets for current melodic hard rock. Sweet can sound like Dio, which is a testament to his strong vocal ability. George has been playing for so long that he can now play pretty much anything he wants. The budding long-hair guitarist is a realistic portrayal of the poverty level when attempting to be a full-time musician. All money going out on instruments, rehearsal rooms, recording studio fees, petrol money, guitar strings, and other expenses. A quick and perpetual trip to the poor house. His small pad looks like it is located in a shanty town. An unglamorous day-to-day life of struggling to even pay the rent. When the rent increase or eviction letter is received, he wisely leaves it all behind.
Love it! My favorite Sweet Lynch song from all of their albums now! Sounds like a Classic Dokken song from the 80s!!! Definitely still buying the CD! Just got through watching Stryper Live in Japan On VHS.Dont remember ever seeing it and I have been a Stryper fan since1985! I guess I couldn't find it in stores back then and there was no internet of course.I had Stryper In the beginning VHS and still have it.Loved the Japan concert! Stryper and Dokken will always rule!!!🤜🤛👍🎸🎸🎸🎸☺️😃😃😃😃🎤🎤🎤🎤
Holy shit, this is awesome. The video came up as a random UA-cam ad and I had to search it out. I can't believe someone still makes music like this. I damn near cried. 👏🏼
Both these guys sound great together. George's sound has never changed very distinct tone and style. Michael's voice is still great after all these years
Hellyeah the world needs this 🤘🤘🤘 this is so much like old-school 80s is exactly what it is beautiful I love sweet Lynch the sound kicks ass old school
2 of the great's coming together. Michael sweet one of my favorite singers of all time & gorge lynch. These 2 were ment to work together creating greatness. Michael sweet & george lynch have blessed career.Peace,Love,Sunshine & positivity.🧔🌻✌☮✡🐳
this prove people from both side and put there difference aside to make great music. also proves that world as whole should doing what they are doing. people of different beliefs can work to make great music or do things as group in anything.
Just so much FEEL here - these two living legends really know how to rock soulfully and with taste !! It's so awesome that Michael's voice has held up and is still strong and smooth...and George's licks are so distinctive and melodic...great stuff !!
For me, George is one of the most consistently focused, talented, on fire rock guitarists around. Up there with Morse, Eric Johnson and Eddie. All different, all unique
I LOVE Georges playing!! He's one of my first guitar heroes back in an 80s. I absolutely love Michael seeet and all of his work in Stryper. This is a decent song. Not a jaw-dropping song or a mind blowing song but decent.. I am so glad that they are getting together and putting out music but honestly, the best part of this song in my opinion, is at 3:55 - 4:06. Make no mistake. Both of these guys are truly awesome after all these years.
The unmistakable riffs/licks of George Lynch and Michael Sweets vocals, make for a recipe like no other. Love the Eddie Van Halen style guitar stripes design. Awesome song. 🎸🎤👍
This album will be the best from George & Michael. Both Miracle & Leaving It All Behind are awesome songs and fully encapture the greatness of these two great artists!
Great to see the boomer bands kicking ass again. Extreme has been ripping our faces off lately along with Winger and now we have legends Sweet and Lynch to reassemble the remaining pieces of lost rock and roll.
Thank you George for the Homage to Eddie for the color Scheme and the intro, plus the rest, I like your style, you are original dude, you and Billy Gibons are 1 & 2best living guitarist.
Unlimited tone improvement and refinement one recording at a time.., timeless and enduring guitar 🎸 idol. Michael voice is so fresh an powerful.., this recording is a must on vinyl for me
Would be nice to see Sweet and Lynch do dual guitar work. Mike is quite the underatted guitarist.
Michael does play guitar on some of their other work I think they’ve got a couple albums together…
They should do a bonus instrumental track where they both trade off soloing... That would be great!
I believe Michael played some guitar in his time with Boston. Great voice, but nobody can replace Brad Delp.
@@MichaelBradley1967 You do know Michael plays for Stryper, right? He is an outstanding guitar player and song writer.
@@plumpy53 Oh, absolutely. I just figured his time with Boston was one of his lesser known gigs, especially as a guitar player.
The world needs this. The world needs George Lynch.
@Vincent Junio yes, I agree. Love these guys, but I’m surprised how simple this song is.

Love the tribute to Eddie with that guitar. George has always been a class act.
Was thinkin Xactly th@!
Eddie gave him that guitar. Its in a video on here.
I think it’s more of George going for the Stryker guitar finish antics - it’s definitely not a Charvel Bumblebee - but still cool nonetheless...
Good eye. I didnt see that at first. Thought it was a striper this with the yellow and black. Now I see it's all his guitars classics in one.
@@dananthony6258 could be both, Most likely even. What was the Stryper look based upon? 🤔
Michael's voice still amazing after all this years.
He is a great melodic power singer,
He's not human lol
Seems like he got better with age...
Nice song. George has one of the most distinctive styles in all of guitar. Love his playing.
Mike sweet still have power voice amazing

Love George giving a solid nod to EVH. Can't get enough of George's playing. Hope he keeps branching out into other projects.
