I am a high preformer with 20+ years at my company and morale is at an all time low. Over the past few years I have seen leader coasting and not engaging their teams. I see disgruntle comments and threads from Glassdoor and other platforms its like a virus. This comes from the top, Ken is right leaders are not mentoring at the top levels, they are letting ppl at the bottom make the decisions, leading from behind lol.
It’s ultimately a character deficit issue. Too many people have a shitty character.
I like Kens new hair 😂😂😂
You pay off your HELOC Ken?
Im convinced I'm being quiet fired at my current job so, yeah no trust
Work harder
@@edhcb9359 no more pensions, raises not aligned with inflation or market rate there is no more reason to work hard at a company for life. Just stick around 2-3 years and then move on to the next job at a new company that's how you increase your salary the quickest.
