This part at 6:43 hit close to home because I often have a bad habit of forgetting to drink enough water, I woke up really shaky in the middle of the night last night because I had forgotten to drink enough water all that day and was still somewhat shaky the following morning until I drink a nice big bottle of water then the shakes finally died down. While watching this video my face actually dropped when he asked “have you been hydrating?” and immediately after making that facial expression, as if right on cue he immediately says “I can already tell by your dumb little face that you have in fact not been drinking enough.” Upon hearing that I realize what a wake up call that is and I decided to go to my fridge and get an nice cold water bottle to take a few sips of while watching this video. Thanks Angel, i’ll try harder to take better care of myself from now on. Thanks for the reminder.
A little late, but I always keep a filled Water bottle near me so when my gaze falls on it I automaticly take some good big sips. This way I always get my daily 2 liters of water. Maybe try that😉
Wow that was sweet of Angel to loan his stuff piggy to the listener. Actually I did buy a stuff Fat Nuggets piggy from the website sometime back and it's become one of my favorite things to sleep with. It's so cute and cuddly. Actually I wasn't sick
I’m not sick. But this is the closest I can get to. I have been in a lot of pain in my jaw from going to the orthodontist. I can’t speak, eat or drink. I can’t do much. So this rlly helpful and comforting even tho I’m not sick, just in pain. Thanks Angel!
