I've heard about this man in various documentaries over the years. His wife comes across as living in la-la land. She deliberately refused to pick up on the red flags, but that was probably due to the fact she wanted to obtain and keep her comfortable and apparently normal family lifestyle. Admitting you married a creep can be upsetting, especially if the alternatives were bleak.

This was a very big case for Hamilton County at the time. Around the same time they were dealing with a triple homicide along with this. Also at the time the Sheriffs department did not have many personnel at the time and neither did the Westfield department. It was a much smaller county than it is now. Also, rumor was there was another killer working with him and he was put to death or died and said he would never reveal the other person. Everyone seems to think it was Herb.

Hey Chris, good info for sure. I'm not a part of the LBGTstuff, and I live in Indiana at the moment. Remember the case of Ryan White? So sad. My brother Steven Elliott was one of his victims who was found a quarter mile east of the Indiana Ohio State line in a ditch nude. Of you watch the Fox Hollow Farm video they talk to Herb and he mentions the name of Chuck when asked about the skulls. And when the couple who found him noticed that his car had stiff in it and couldn't find a gun anywhere at all. They also indicated that he looked like he was placed there in a perfect place. Tire tracks were leading away from the area as well. It's odd that there was no blood at the site either. When the police arrive there everything in the car was missing and still no gun found on the site. How can someone kill themselves lay perfectly leave no blood and be able to get rid of the gun after shooting himself and getting rid of everything in his car before the police arrived? When the news reporter came to my house and interviewed me and asked me if he had help I told her yes because when Steve starts drinking he could beat the living hell out of someone. Now why doesn't the police start looking into finding out who this Chuck person is so the victims families can really get justice.
