Siis tulevadki uued värvilahendused ja päriselt uued teise põlvkonna kiired 1435mm trammid/linnarongid. Kapitalistlikus riigis trammifirma on maksumaksja ehk eelarve tulu, mitte eelarve kulu. Tramm ei ole hädavajalik riigi olemasolemiseks
@@elzbietakaczynska4403 Päris nii see ei ole. Kümmekond või rohkem aastat tagasi TLT otsustas ühistranspordi värvilahenduse: bussid roheliste, trollid siniste ja trammid punakate triipudega. Ei näe ius välja. Aeg muuta värivikoodi, kogu linnatransport võiks olla ühtsetes värvides.

Also they haven't refused the contract, but couldn't service trams properly. Pesa Fokstrot is different tram then the one in video and 70 already were being used when they stopped operations in December.
These first generation PESA streetcar trams are not new at all as they are produced by state-owned company which _per_ _se_ means no innovation and outdated technology. To get real new second-generation light-rail trams TLT have to be privatized. The free-market competition with a few/lot public transportation companies will lead to high-quality rolling stock which is produced by trusted joint-stock companies like Siemens Mobility, Škoda Transportation, Stadler Rail, Alstom, etc which are trusted by private-owned public transportation companies across Northern America and Nortern/Western Europe
@@estoniantransport In Poland they are really squeaky, loud and look cheap comparing to the ones they have in Germany like Siemens, in France Alstom and in Spain CAF
@@alx9889 new Twists are better, but old construction remained, which isn't ideal as 3 axes means more weight in one place and higher track wear. ModerTrans Gamma are far worse (at least in Wrocław) when it comes to quality and loudness.
