I am sure glad I ate my supper before watching this video, it looked good Mudbrooker, it looked really good..... You are a master at what you do. Thanks for the recipe & thanks for the video!
You're welcome.
You're cooking always makes my mouth water! 😁 I bet that smells sooooo good!!
Just listening to it cook makes want to smell and eat that, yum
Good job,all you needed is some kimchi to go with dinner
I want your kitchen....reminds me of the cooking that went on when I was a little girl.
A cookstove is a great thing to have.
Looks great. I'm making something similar tomorrow, but will be adding peppers and pineapple
I just dont have that stove, darn.
I remembered I had some veggies for it in the fridge after I was done filming. :)
Brother, looks delicious. That recipe, they got you all out of order on that sauce. To each their own, but you want to release that garlic and pepper in the sesame oil first, makes a big difference.
I usually do but, A) The recipe wasn't written that way an B) I forgot. :)
I got a skillet today with a 6 Sk on the bottom with a heat ring and 3 notches but no name. Wagner or Lodge?
Lodge from the fifties.
@@TheMudbrooker Thanks. Im just getting into cast iron.
👍🏻👈🏻
What make is that green pan. I want one.
That's a Birmingham Stove and Range Century series enameled sauce pan.
@@TheMudbrooker thank you
You know the woodstove is on when you have to wear shorts when it is damn near winter.
Even worse when Grandma had the woodstove cranked in August (North Carolina) to can the harvest....she laughed at my inability to 'stand the heat'. I know where the expression comes from!
I often have to open the door when I'm running the cookstove this time of year.
@@lisawhitaker8709 That's why summer kitchens were invented. :)
A metal utensil in a cast iron wok? I thought that was a no-no; bad for the seasoning. But the pork did look really good.
Metal utensils are just fine. Real seasoning is more than just a built up coating.
