It wasn't a demo version we've heard during the arena tour. The song served as a dance break during the tour, and while the background dancers performed during it, SHINee went backstage to change their outfits. ^^ However, the song became so popular with the Japanese fans and everyone wanted to see them perform to it, that they added a performance to Tell me your name for the Dome concerts.
I damn near had a heart attack when I saw this performance the 1st day. I knew what was coming the 2nd day and I still wasn't ready!!! SHINee being sexy....too much!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's a song that wasn't released yet. It was first performed by dancers during SHINee's FIVE tour in Japan, and because fans loved this song so much, SHINee themselves performed it with a new dance for the dome concerts. :) So, no except for crappy audiofiles recorded by mobile phones there isn't an official version of this song yet.
