    Ima just say the water part is not true because u take creatine in order for it to work u need Hella water

      Yes, you must eat well before workout but excessive isn't good it will affect your blood circulation level which I have already explained in the video

      Eat, but a decent amount of time before a workout, preferably high in carbs. This gives you a better pump. Also, eating on a empty stomach gives you less overall performance in the gym. Don't overthink it, but I wouldn't eat anything heavy an hour before you workout
